Terms of Use
These terms set the boundaries for using Candelyra. The central rule is simple: verify every output and make your own decisions.

Informational second opinion only
Candelyra produces automated observations from chart screenshots. Outputs are educational and informational only. Treat them as a second opinion—not as investment, trading, financial, legal, or tax advice, and not as a recommendation or instruction to buy, sell, hold, or place any trade.
No guarantee of accuracy or profit
AI outputs can be incomplete, delayed, inconsistent, or wrong. Candelyra does not guarantee patterns, prices, levels, market direction, availability, profitability, or any trading outcome. Past or hypothetical performance does not predict future results.
Your decisions and risk
You are solely responsible for verifying outputs, understanding the instrument and platform you use, setting risk limits, and deciding whether to trade. Trading can result in partial or total loss. Where you need advice, consult an appropriately registered professional.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to create an account or purchase credits. Provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Uploads and acceptable use
Only upload content you are allowed to use. Do not upload personal financial statements, account credentials, unlawful material, malware, or content that violates another person's rights. Do not probe, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass limits, or misuse the service.
Credits, payments, and refunds
Credits are a usage balance, not money, an investment, or a promise of results. Prices and included usage are shown before checkout. Payment processing is handled by a third party. Refund requests are reviewed according to applicable law and whether the purchased credits have already been consumed.
Availability and changes
Models, providers, limits, supported platforms, and features can change. We may suspend access to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or maintain the service. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid unnecessary disruption but do not promise uninterrupted availability.
Intellectual property
Candelyra's interface, branding, and software remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain your rights in content you upload and grant Candelyra the limited permission needed to process it and provide the requested service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Candelyra and its contributors are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, decisions based on an output, indirect damages, or failures caused by third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing terms and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protections and the jurisdiction of competent courts in Tamil Nadu. We may update the Terms for product or legal changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
